DEPTS.MAILBOX_ID and ORGS.CONTACT_MAILBOX_ID, both plain UUID with no FK to email_provider.mailboxes: mailboxes sync from external providers and can be removed provider-side, and the mailbox delete endpoint knows nothing about departments, so a real FK would turn both of those into failures. DEPTS.EMAIL was free text and holds a mix. Addresses that really are one of the org's mailboxes are linked and rewritten to the mailbox's own casing -- Support@KamoCRM.com was never how that mailbox is addressed. Addresses with no matching mailbox cannot be expressed by the picker that replaces the field, so they are cleared; that is the destructive statement and it is deliberate, covering Sales@ and Corporate@ today. ORGS.CONTACT_EMAIL is left alone. It keeps its own text input and the mailbox sits beside it rather than replacing it.
