The sign-in hop's redirect URI was only the @Value default. It belongs beside the other two redirect properties: unlike them it is never re-hosted onto the tenant's own workspace domain, because the customer registers it on their own RingCentral app and RingCentral matches it byte for byte on the token exchange — so it is one fixed value per deployment, and the phone server's settings page shows it for the operator to copy. Also drops "Microsoft Teams is the only one left" from the comment above it, which stopped being true when RingCentral members gained a sign-in.
