VIEW_SERVICE_WORK, VIEW_OWN_SERVICE_WORK, MANAGE_SERVICE_WORK, ASSIGN_SERVICE_WORK and COMPLETE_SERVICE_WORK land at ids 268-272, not the 265-269 the plan assumed -- a concurrent session claimed 265-267 for Patient Records while Task 1 was blocked, so kamo-shared-library shipped the real ids at 7125873. Verified by reading the Java enum directly. RIGHT_PARENT gains the five edges (VIEW_SERVICE_WORK and VIEW_OWN_SERVICE_WORK under ACCESS_COMMERCE; MANAGE/ASSIGN/COMPLETE under VIEW_SERVICE_WORK), the parity pin moves 184 -> 189, and RoleRightType.ts gets the five constants plus their _values entries.
