Polish pass aligning the frontend with the corresponding backend changes: - Components now render the resolved *MemberName fields from the backend (PipelineSection milestone actor, condition cleared/waived attribution). - ReoSection: liens are now fully editable (was read-only with a TODO). New LienRow with autosaved type / creditor / account last 4 / unpaid balance / monthly payment / credit limit / display order fields, plus a To-Be-Paid-Off toggle and per-row delete. - mortgageAppsApi gains createReoLien / patchReoLien / deleteReoLien and a separate webhookSubscriptionsApi surface for the outbound webhook admin. - New /settings/integrations/webhooks page: subscription list with add/edit modal, rotate-secret action that surfaces the new signing-secret one-time-reveal modal, per-subscription delivery history dialog. - types/mortgageApp.ts gains *MemberName fields, esignTemplateUid on EsignEnvelopeDTO, and the WebhookSubscriptionDTO / WebhookDeliveryDTO shapes. - Hardcoded English strings cleaned up across PipelineSection, PipelineBoardClient, DisclosuresSection, PricingSection, HmdaLarClient, and ApplicationsListClient — every label now flows through useTranslations().
