CreateOrgFields is what the new single-page /network/create form actually asks for: a branch type, name, alias, the app switches, and a handful of optional fields. toWizardFormData fills in everything the twelve-step wizard used to collect but this page never shows, using exactly what skipping each of those steps used to send (bindPhone/bindEmail true, blank contact/labels, watermark FULL, brand sources COMPANY) so an org created here is indistinguishable from one made the old way by someone who filled in only what was required. withBranchType also keeps parentAliasId pointed at an option the selected model actually offers (ROOT first when allowed, else the model's first custom alias) — the twelve-step wizard did this in a BasicsStep effect the creator never saw fire, and without an equivalent here createOrgReadiness blocks forever on a field this page never asks about for any branch type whose only parent option is ROOT.
