All three effective-version resolvers (rate-sheet, guideline, lock-policy) queried only status=ACTIVE, then window-filtered. But supersession flips the prior version ACTIVE->SUPERSEDED and closes its effective_until, so only the current version is ever ACTIVE — any past priced_as_of (re-price, audit, lock-date reproduction) resolved to NOTHING (404 'no effective version') even though the correctly-windowed version still exists. This also made the window's upper-bound branch dead code (an ACTIVE row always has null effective_until). Widen the candidate set to ACTIVE + SUPERSEDED (new findBy...StatusIn finders; excludes DRAFT/RETIRED). Closed windows are disjoint by construction, so the >1 overlap-throw still holds. Regression test added: a SUPERSEDED closed window resolves for a historical priced_as_of. Resolver public signatures unchanged (pricing/underwriting callers unaffected). Tests: 7/6/6 pass.
