Companion to the shared-library change. These 13 controllers all guard mortgage endpoints — HMDA LAR, pipeline, application intake, disclosures, credit orders, pricing, loan documents, QC at /api/security/mlos/qc — and every one still named RoleRightType.LOS_*, which the rename had turned into the personal-loan rights. They compiled because the freed names were re-used, so the wrong binding was invisible. Now that personal loans is PLOS_*, this could not silently regress: a stale LOS_* reference is a compile error.
