Leads Available was rendered in every member row of a product group, but it is a property of the (product, market) pool — the same number repeated down the column for as many members as hold rules. It moves to the group header, once, where it belongs. The freed column now shows what was actually missing: how many leads each member has accepted so far today, rendered as "3 / 10" against their Max Daily Spend so remaining headroom is readable at a glance. The count comes from /manage, which resolves "today" the same way the cap does — the member's own timezone.
