Preserve aspect ratio on sky atmospherics so clouds + sun + birds don't stretch on portrait

CloudsLayer, BirdsLayer and the sun/star portion of SkyLayer were using preserveAspectRatio="none" so on a tall portrait phone the SVG coordinate system stretched independently per axis. Result: ellipse clouds got vertically distorted, the sun circle became a tall oval, stars looked like vertical streaks. Fix: switch the atmospheric SVGs to xMidYMin slice (anchor to top, preserve aspect, crop horizontally if needed). SkyLayer is split into two stacked SVGs — a stretched gradient (no visible distortion since it's just colour) + an aspect-preserved celestial SVG for sun and stars. Symmetric to the bottom-anchored xMidYMax slice on hills / skyline / home / foreground. Build 29/29.
