Layout / spacing fixes: - All six tabs (Providers, Extensions, Phone Users, Devices, Voicemail, Health) now wrap their content in a TabShell with px:{xs:2,md:3} py:3 pb:6 padding so buttons no longer butt against the edge of the panel. - Sticky two-row tab header pattern: icon tile + title + subtitle on the left, toolbar (search box + action buttons) on the right, wrapping vertically on narrow viewports. - Tables get a Paper(outlined) container with rounded corners and a tinted header row instead of bare TableHead/TableBody. - Empty states moved into a dashed-bordered Paper with title + subtitle copy rather than a flat row of text. Provider logos: - New ProviderLogo component centralizes the existing /public/logo/voip/* and /public/logo/sms/* assets behind a typed (kind, type, size) API. - Added /public/logo/sms/flowroute.svg (text-mark) since no Flowroute brand asset existed in the repo. - Logos surface on InstanceCard, AddPhoneServer / AddBulkText choice cards, the Add dialog header once a type is chosen, the Manage drawer header, and the Health tab tiles. Cards / drawer polish: - InstanceCard: 4px colored left border (status), logo + name + provider type pill, status icon + color-matched label ("Connected" / "Needs reauth" / "Error"), key stat, last-sync time, error string. Manage button anchors to the bottom of the card. - ManageInstanceDrawer header now shows provider logo + instance name + type chip; Tabs row gets its own divider so it doesn't touch the content. - AddBulkText dialog uses a 2-column grid of provider cards with logos + short descriptions, replacing the plain MUI Select dropdown.
