Name and title alone tell a customer who owns the quote but not how to ask about it. The block now carries email and phone, resolved by the caller — the primary mailbox lives in the email provider schema and the extension in the VOIP config, neither reachable from a static helper. Main line and toll-free are separate fields so the document can print both: choosing between them is choosing what the call costs the customer. lineWithExtension pairs an extension with the org line it hangs off, and returns null if either half is missing. An orphan "ext. 204" is not a number anyone can call, and a bare org line would misroute the customer to the switchboard as though it were the agent's.
