The mail MySQL datadir (and maildirs) were on hostPath /mnt/shared-files, an rclone FUSE mount backed by MinIO object storage, which cannot durably or consistently host an InnoDB datadir. On 2026-06-13 the mount came up empty, MySQL re-initialized from the seed, and all but the 3 bootstrap accounts were lost. - Add mail/mysql-pvc.yaml (local-path, 10Gi, RWO). - mysql-statefulset: mount the PVC for /var/lib/mysql (was the FUSE hostPath). - Apply the PVC before the StatefulSet in CI + deploy.sh. Data on the live cluster was migrated into the PVC and verified to survive a pod reschedule. Maildir storage still needs the same treatment (follow-up).
