Six open questions answered: 1. KAZOO is the route; hardware owned, so cost framing removed entirely. 2. One node/cluster now, three later — CouchDB q=8 from day one (shard count is fixed at DB creation; n can be raised later, q cannot). 3. Telnyx/FreePBX trunking out of scope; build the KNM abstraction only. 4. Run FreePBX and KamoPBX side by side, no migration. This forces KamoPBX onto k3m1 — verified empty host netns, own public IP 47.181.8.87 — which resolves every port collision in the original draft. 5. Adopt kazoo-community/kazoo-acdc for queues, routed via callflow. 6. Tier 3 rebrand. SaaS is not distribution under MPL, so everything observable is renamed; only source copyright headers remain. Gated behind a green end-to-end call as new Phase 2b.
