Three defects, all the same shape: present in the tree, absent from the thing that serves requests — an IngressRoute in a directory nothing applies, a client path with no route file behind it, and `su` swallowing SIGWINCH so no terminal ever resized. Each cost a deploy to find and none was visible to tsc, vitest or the build. Also records what was verified in production and the one path that was not: the authenticated happy path end to end needs a member's credentials, so every seam in it was verified individually instead.
