The tabs existed but nothing linked to them. **************** is the cautionary example already in this repo: a real page with no card, no tab and no nav entry, reachable only by typing the URL. Accounting & Finance is its own section and its own nav topic rather than two more entries under My Account. Sub-options carry no gate of their own, so folding these in would have forced the account gate open to finance-only holders and shown them four links they cannot use — the same reasoning that keeps phi-compliance out of the security topic. With the finance tabs in their own section, the My Account gate goes back to CONFIGURE_SYSTEM alone. The personal Commissions card is conditioned on the viewer being a team member, mirroring the tab's own gate. A card that opens a tab which will not render is worse than no card.
