Removed on request, including its rights. /network/create is untouched and remains the way an organization is created. Gone: the widget and its three step components, the searchable type picker, the step model and the search ranking, their tests, the registry entry, and the `halfRows` / `maxHeightPx` pane-ceiling props, which existed only to stop this widget stretching and are now unused. ## The rights never existed CREATE_FREE_ORG_WIDGET and its four policy children were in `app/lib/rightsHierarchy.ts` — the TS MIRROR — and in no Java source at all. RoleRightType.java has explicit ids for every other widget's block (Picture Frame 229-233, Affiliate Scoreboard 234-238) and nothing for this one. So there is nothing to remove server-side, and removing these five is a pure mirror correction: no enum ordinal moves, no DDL, no stored grant changes. It also means the widget could never render for anyone — `resolveWidgetPolicy` needs **************** and a right absent from the enum cannot be granted. It has been dead on the launchpad since it shipped in 5dcc7af3. `rightsHierarchyParity.test.ts` exists to catch exactly this divergence and did not, because its JAVA_ENUM path points at Java/kamo-shared-library while the checkout is at Projects/kamo-shared-library — so `existsSync` is false and both parity assertions skip rather than fail. Left as found; fixing the path is its own change, and it will report real drift the moment it can see the file. Kept, because /network/create depends on them: creatableBranchTypes + useCreatableBranchTypes (OrgTypePicker), createdWorkspace (CreateOrgForm), and workspaceDisplay (IdentityFields, OrgBrandPreview — the KamoCRM.com/o/<alias> display form). Guards, tsc and 4,006 tests green.
