Reorder the tabs and paint Binders and Uploads

The strip reads Originals | Modified | Common | Binders | Uploads, which puts the three views of the documents together and the two destinations after them. Binders and Uploads now carry that reading visually: brown and blue backgrounds with white labels and icons. The `&&&` in paintedTab is load-bearing. The parent Tabs styles its children through `& .MuiTab-root`, a descendant selector that outranks a plain per-tab sx, so a single `&` loses the cascade and the label stays grey on the new background.
