All config/background endpoints were returning raw JPA entities with @ManyToOne(fetch=LAZY) Organization references. Jackson failed to serialize the Hibernate proxy, causing 500 errors on every response. - GET/PUT /config now returns toPublicMap() with all fields the frontend expects - GET /backgrounds returns bgToMap() list instead of entity list - POST /backgrounds returns bgToMap() instead of raw entity - Added id, notification, and recording storage fields to toPublicMap()
