Pending/Complete/All are three short peers that fit on one line, so a dropdown hid two of them behind a click and spent a label and a 170px well to say nothing. A closed select also cannot answer "am I looking at everything?" without opening it. SegmentedFilter is shared: exclusive ToggleButtonGroup, accent taken as a CSS var so each surface keeps its identity, and the null that exclusive mode hands back when the selected segment is re-clicked is discarded — a filter always has a value. Assigned Training gets it too, in --training-brand: the two panels share one tab strip, and one of them keeping a dropdown would read as two different products.
