Send meeting invite emails DIRECTLY to EmailService, not through APIService gateway

Root cause: forwardToApi routes through APIService's Java gateway which doesn't preserve multipart FormData boundaries correctly. The email composer works because it uses a dedicated email proxy route that talks directly to EmailService. Fix: replicate the exact email proxy pattern — sendEmailDirect() sends multipart FormData directly to kamowsemail-service with proper OTK auth headers. Member lookup also goes directly to SecurityService. This matches the proven working pattern from the email composer.
