The left nav rail was capped at calc(100vh - 128px) with overflowY: auto, so an org with most features enabled (up to 18 sections across 4 groups, ~710px) grew its own scrollbar and hid its last entries. Drop the cap and the inner scroller so the rail always renders in full, and make position: sticky conditional on a viewport-height media query derived from the number of visible groups and sections. Tall viewports pin exactly as before; shorter ones let the rail scroll away with the page, which keeps every section reachable without nesting a scrollbar.
