Task 8 Step 4 still told the reader to key update/cancel/detach/del with "the current intent in the key". That is the Critical defect the final review reversed: those calls set an explicit target state, so a stable key turns a legitimate re-issue into a silently swallowed no-op — cancel, reactivate, cancel within Stripe's 24h window would leave Stripe billing while the UI said "will not renew". Also corrects the write-site count. The plan said fifteen, named fourteen, and its own regex finds thirteen because it cannot see a write whose receiver is a local variable. A manual audit found 20, of which only 8 should carry a key. The ledger recorded the reversal; the plan did not, and the plan is what a future reader copies from.
