A live activity frame for a session not already in the list synthesized a row hard-coded to 'CHAT'. For a support ticket that put it in the wrong sub-tab, showed the ticket's system-event JSON as the preview (the SUPPORT preview override keys off this field), and made opening it fall through to the direct-message window — the same wrong surface the notification listener was just stopped from opening, reached by a different route. The row now takes its type from the frame. A synthesized support row has no ticketId and opening a ticket is by ticket rather than by session, so an unseen non-chat session also triggers a list re-read and lets the server supply the whole row rather than leaving an inert one behind.
