raster. Both now draw the KamoMobileApp artwork as vector. Checked in as SVG because that is what the mark is: a single white silhouette with transparent knockouts. Passed through svgo at 2-decimal precision first, which is lossless for this trace's geometry but takes the file from 675 KB to 106 KB (~23 KB over the wire once compressed) — the export carried six decimals on every one of ~5k trace segments. Two things do NOT carry over from the raster: - The box. The viewBox is 127x102, so a square width/height squashes it. Each of the three call sites gets a 127:102 box sized to keep the glyph's optical height where the padded PNG's was. - next/image optimization. `unoptimized` on all three: /_next/image cannot resample vector, so without it the request is a round trip that hands back the same bytes. CopilotHero and the QR centre still use icon.png at their own sizes; the raster stays.
