Once Jigasi answers, Dial never returns (no 'g' option): either side hanging up ends the channel, so the **************** after Dial ran only for calls that were never put through. The smoke call into a scratch room was ANSWERED with userfield MEET:AI:<room> and no /DS:. The h extension of [kamo-meet-dial] now writes it once, on every hangup (the CDR closes after h, endbeforehexten=no). The block is appended once under a grep guard, so this reaches a fresh /etc/asterisk only; the live k1m1 file was patched to the same text by hand and reloaded (KamoAI SP14 Task 30), and the pod is not restarted.
