Creating an org disabled the form, did the work, and then appeared to do nothing: no new tab, and the button back to reading "Create Organization". window.open ran after a multi-second await, so no user gesture stood behind it and the browser blocked it, returning null. The fallback offered a button — but on the wizard, above a sticky footer in a long scrolling page, and the finally had already re-enabled the submit button, so the whole thing read as a click that did nothing. The member now goes back to /network as asked, and the workspace goes with them: the intent is stashed before the attempt, cleared if the tab did open, and picked up once by the estate view, which offers it at the top of the page. Clicking there IS the gesture, so that open cannot be refused. The handoff only accepts a /validate URL — it lives in storage the page can reach, so it is checked rather than trusted. The wait for provisioning is also capped at 30s rather than 90. It normally lands in seconds, and being early costs one refresh while waiting costs a screen that looks broken.
