An audit of every EHR endpoint against its frontend callers turned up surfaces that shipped server-side and could not be reached from the app at all. HEALTHCARE NEVER APPEARED AS A MARKET TYPE. CommerceType.HEALTHCARE and its EHR entitlement have been server-side all along, and /commerce-markets/allowed-types reported it — but the picker built its rows by mapping over a hardcoded COMMERCE_TYPE_ORDER, so any vertical the constant did not name was dropped whatever the server said. That is the same class of bug the endpoint was introduced to replace. Rows now come from the server's list, ordered by the constant, so the next vertical works without a frontend change too. RECORDS AND DISCLOSURES, on the chart. The two things a patient can actually demand: a copy of their record under §164.524, and an account of everywhere it has already gone under §164.528. The accounting had no screen at all — a legally required report that could only be produced by curling an endpoint. The recipient field is required and the helper says why: that name goes into the patient's own accounting, so it has to read as they would recognise it.
