Two things the printed page could not say. An address arrived as one comma-joined string, so 'Suite 400' ran into the street and the city — not how an address is written, and this is the page a customer is expected to post a cheque against. The unit now travels as its own field and prints on its own line, on the addressee block and on the seller's own details. The setup fee existed only on multi-option quotes, so a single-price quote could not state one at all; switching modes to record it changed how the whole document reads. It now has its own totals line, shown only when there is one.
