The pill suppressed itself for coverage.source === 'PAID' and nothing else, so a comped organization was shown "33% off your plan" — a discount on a price it does not pay, linking to a Plans page that has nothing to sell it. COMP is not PAID, but it is just as much a plan somebody already has. Both gates now go through isOnAGrantedPlan, because there were two of them: one skipping the catalogue lookup and one suppressing the render.
