- Adds `showPresence` (default true), forwarded to every ConversationRow — the pane-side half of the switcher-column presence fix (see ConversationRow's own commit/doc for the full root cause). - The column remounts on every maximize, and between mount and the bucket-preference load resolving (`prefsLoaded`), the pane rendered its "No conversations yet" empty state — wrong, since the real bucket/rows had not had a chance to load yet. Gates the empty-state branch on `prefsLoaded` too, so it falls through to the same blank-list state `loading` already produces, rather than a new one. Adds a regression test for the empty-state flash: renders with the prefs fetch held open (never resolving) and asserts the empty-state text is absent before that first load has had its chance.
