The figure labels are Operator Labels — uppercase, 11px, 0.12em tracking — which puts "Execution incomplete" at 158px, "Blocking exceptions" at 150px and "Awaiting approval" at 135px. Three-up inside a quarter-page card gives each figure 131px, so those three wrapped while "On the clock" survived at 95px, and the wrapped ones carried their values a line lower than everything around them. Sharing a baseline within the row was not enough: the row itself sat low. Every figure row is two-up now, which never gives a figure less than 186px at any breakpoint the cards are laid out at. Because the count is uniform, every row on the page also carries a single-line label, so the values line up ACROSS the four cards and not only within each row — FigureRow already guaranteed the latter. Four-across is held back from xl to 1800px, the width the other three sections on this page already reserve their densest layout for. At xl a quarter-page card is 325px of usable width, leaving 157px even two-up — one pixel under what "Execution incomplete" needs, which is far too fine a margin to rest a layout on. Two-across cards give 702px. The loading skeleton tracks the same geometry, since it exists to stop the page jumping when data lands.
