A SERVICE market got exactly three tabs — Overview, Vendors, Agreements. Customers, Tax & Shipping and Discounts & Pricing were all gated on commerceType === 'RETAIL', which hid three surfaces a service org needs: tax classes (a sub-view of Tax & Shipping), price lists (a sub-view of Discounts & Pricing), and account tiers (Customers). The three move behind a named predicate, SUPPORTS_PRICING_SURFACES, so the reason lives next to the rule and adding a vertical is one edit. Customers has to travel with Discounts: PriceList.customerTier points at AccountTier, so un-gating price lists without the tier surface leaves that field unfillable. Products and Inventory stay RETAIL-only. A task book is not a product catalogue, and showing a service org an empty product grid would imply it should fill one. Adds the SERVICE-only task-book tab entry (lowercase-hyphen key, though market tabs are policed by no coverage test). MarketTaskBookTab is a placeholder that renders a notice; the authoring surface lands next and replaces it wholesale.
