Unmap is_answered until its migration has run

Mapping the column ahead of the migration that creates it is armed, and I armed it. SearchIndexEntity is hydrated from fullTextSearch, which is a native SELECT * — so an entity expecting a column the table does not have takes out email search itself, not merely the writes. EmailService deploys on push and KamoInitializer runs as a deliberate, separate act, so the change went out into exactly the window where the column does not exist yet. The migration stays; the field comes back once it has been applied.
