LegalPackageAccess.requireRead demanded VIEW_EMPLOYEES alone while hrTabs.ts admits the Legal & Compliance tab on VIEW_EMPLOYEES || EDIT_EMPLOYEES || MANAGE_HRS_SETTINGS, so a member holding only one of the other two reached the tab and got a 403 load-failed toast over an empty grid. Widen the server read set to match the tab gate rather than narrowing the tab, since hiding the module from an HR admin who can edit employees would be wrong. applyScalars skipped dueDays whenever it was null, but the editor sends null to clear a blank due date, so a date could be set or changed but never cleared. SaveLegalPackageRequest.dueDays is a plain Integer with no way to tell "omitted" from "explicitly null" apart, and the only real caller (the HR editor) always sends the field, so treat null as an unambiguous clear signal via the new ****************
