FreePBX integration is in development. The plan: organizations running their own FreePBX (open-source PBX based on Asterisk) will be able to connect to KamoCRM for call logging, click-to-call from records, and contact-record identification on inbound calls. Currently marked as coming soon in the provider config — can be prioritized via our feature request system.

Is FreePBX integration available today?
Not yet. The UI scaffolding exists in the KamoCRM admin, but the backend integration is marked as coming soon. Progress depends on feature-request priority.
How do I get it prioritized?
Submit a feature request through the request system. Sponsors get expedited development with early access and input on the integration scope.
What about Asterisk directly?
Asterisk (the PBX engine under FreePBX) integration follows similar patterns. Contact us if your deployment is bare Asterisk rather than FreePBX — similar integration scope.
