Replies thread on the server (In-Reply-To/References from the original, capped at 20 ids), default their recipients and subject, and set \Answered after the send; forwards carry the original's attachments and the inline images their quote paints (within 25 MiB); API callers can have the quote built for them. A send that applies the compose template is wrapped, then its data: images leave as cid: parts. Attachments and inline images are now written as their bytes: text/plain, text/html and message/rfc822 parts (a forwarded .txt, .html or .eml) used to fail the send.
