Can I receive SMS through Twilio?
Twilio SMS is currently sending-focused in the integration. Inbound SMS handling via Twilio webhooks is a feature request for broader support.
What about MMS?
MMS support depends on Twilio account configuration and carrier support for the sending number. Image attachments are possible through Twilio's MMS API where available.
Which regions does Twilio work best in?
Twilio has strong coverage in North America and broad international reach. For region-specific strength, compare with Infobip (global) or Sinch (enterprise).
