The code
Yours from the first commit, in your repository, under your licence. We do not hold the source, we do not license it back to you, and nothing built for you becomes a product we sell to somebody else without your agreement. Where we use our own existing components, you get a perpetual licence to them as part of the work, so there is nothing in the system you are not entitled to keep running.

The infrastructure
We host by default because we run a cluster we understand, and that is genuinely better for most clients than a shared host nobody is watching. It is not a trap. The deployment is described as code, the application is a container image, and both go anywhere that runs them. If you want to move, the documentation for moving already exists because we wrote it as part of the work.

The accounts
Advertising accounts, analytics properties, search console, business profiles, domain registrations — all in your name, with us granted access that you can revoke in a click. This is the single most common way businesses get trapped by a marketing supplier, and it is almost always presented as a convenience at the start.

The data
Your business data is yours and always exportable in a format something else can read. That applies to the systems we build for you and to the platform itself. Analytics history stays in your property. We do not use your business data to train anything, and we do not aggregate it into a product.

The exit
Written into the contract at the start, when both sides are optimistic and nobody is negotiating under pressure. That is the only time an exit clause gets written fairly. Ours says what we hand over, in what format, within how long, and at what cost — which is nothing, because charging somebody to leave is a way of admitting they would want to.
