What it is
The Home page (/) is what you land on after signing in β a personal launchpad of large cards, one per module you have access to (Leads, Mail, Docs, Phone, AI Assistant, and so on), each opening straight into that module.
What's on it
- Launcher cards β one per nav option you can reach, following the same placement rules as your top/side navigation. A card for a "parent" tool (like Mail, Docs, Phone, Calculator, or Support) expands into its own sub-sections showing the specific destinations inside that tool, rather than a single generic button.
- Drag-to-rearrange β cards can be reordered by dragging, independent of your nav bar's own layout (see How to Customize Your Navigation Layout for the nav bar itself).
- Pin/unpin β every card carries its own pin control. A module you've unpinned from both navs still keeps its card here β the launchpad is the one place a "hidden" option is never actually gone, and its pin control here is how you bring it back.
- Pinned Notes β a shortcut panel showing notes you've pinned in the Notes app.
- Pinned App Links β a shortcut panel for links you've pinned yourself.
- Admin Quick Links β shortcuts to common admin destinations, shown only if you hold relevant admin rights.
- Billing attention banner β appears when something about your subscription needs your attention (e.g. a failed payment).
- Trial remaining notice β shown to team members while your organization is on a trial plan.
- Background/wallpaper toggle β switch or manage your personal background image.
- First-org call to action β shown if you don't yet belong to an active organization, prompting you to create one (see How to Create a New Organization).
