Folders and collections
A material lives in exactly one folder — that's its home. It can appear in any number of collections — a set pulled together for a campaign, an event or a particular kind of customer. The same brochure can be in three collections without being copied three times.
Why approval is worth using
Without it, a library becomes three versions of the same brochure and nobody knowing which is current. With it, there's one answer.
