Add a file to the org's Marketing Materials library.
Before you start
You need the Manage Materials right to upload. Without it, the Upload button and other library-management controls don't appear.
Steps
- In the left sidebar, click Marketing, then the Materials tab (or go directly to
/marketing/materials). - Optional: select a folder in the left-hand folder tree first if you want the upload to land there rather than in All Materials.
- Click Upload in the toolbar.
- Choose one or more files from the picker. Multiple files can be selected at once.
What you'll see
Each file appears in the collection with an upload progress bar (file name and stage) while it processes, then shows up as a thumbnail (or a generic file icon if no preview is available). New materials default to team-members-only visibility — change it from the material's detail panel if it should be visible to everyone or marked Confidential. New materials also start in Draft approval status.
