Replace flat POS endpoints with market-scoped REST hierarchy: - Products, inventory, vendor categories under /{marketId}/products, /inventory, /vendor-categories - Rental assets under /{marketId}/rental-assets (RENTAL markets only) - Subscription plans, prices, features, add-ons, bundles, volume discounts under /{marketId}/subscription-* - Commerce type validation ensures sub-resources match market type - PATCH /{marketId}/active endpoint for quick toggle - Enhanced GET /{marketId} returns sub-resource counts
