Show accurate provider connection status from isConnected field

Replaces the old logic that showed "Connected" for any provider with no sync error (including brand-new providers that were never tested). New three-state badge driven by isConnected (null/true/false): - null / never tested → grey "Not tested" (HelpOutlineIcon) - false → red "Not connected" (ErrorOutlineIcon) - true + sync error → amber "Sync error" (WarningAmberIcon) - true → green "Connected" (CheckCircleIcon) - RingCentral no OAuth → amber "Needs reauth" (unchanged)
