Quartz-scheduled job (weekly Sunday 3 AM) that downloads MaxMind GeoLite2-City-CSV, parses IPv4/IPv6 blocks and locations, loads into staging tables, and performs atomic table swap. Includes SHA-256 dedup, zip slip protection, and sync status tracking. Adds *** secret reference to K8s deployment.
