- Add domain-based theme URL resolution for internal K8s service-to-service calls - getPublicBackgrounds now accepts optional domain param to derive correct theme domain instead of using request headers (which resolve to K8s internal hostnames) - Meet-specific backgrounds were unaffected (pre-stored URLs), but org theme backgrounds from behavior-labeling settings produced invalid URLs via getThemeDomain()
