Rendering the calculator turned up a claim the first pass missed: its "Included Free!" panel led with "Setup & Implementation — $0", struck through against a competitor's $15,000. The phrasing matched none of the patterns used to find the others, which is how it survived a search that caught six strings elsewhere. It is deleted rather than reworded — the one thing it cannot be is included free — and its three dictionary keys go with it so nobody reaches for them again. The same render exposed two more: The calculator's own fallback plans carried no startup fee, so with the catalog API unreachable the estimate quietly omitted the charge entirely. Both paid tiers now state it, as the pricing page's fallbacks already did. And the note was printing "Plus a one-time $99 startup fee per seat" under Enterprise, whose headline price is the word "Custom". It is now gated on the same monthlyPrice > 0 test the term note uses, which excludes both the free tier and anything quoted on application — asserting a firm per-seat figure on a plan whose entire point is negotiated terms is exactly what the FAQ says it is not. Salesforce's comparison claimed "Implementation included in Enterprise engagement", which reads as the same zero for the tier most likely to negotiate one. It now says the startup fee is part of those negotiated terms, which is true and still the point being made against a 6-12 month consultant rollout.
