It passed alone and failed inside the full suite. The effect calls **************** and sets state in a .then(), so settling the mock's promise, running the continuation and committing the re-render take more microtask turns than the render act() alone drains -- which only shows up when the machine is loaded. A flaky test is worse than no test here, because the failure teaches people to re-run rather than to look, and what this one guards is a prescriber being told a drug was checked against the patient's other medications when it was not. Stress-checked 10/10 in isolation and green in a full run.
