Takes @kamo/tool-core 0.1.5, where leaving the maximized pane became two gestures instead of one. A navigator row click hands the pane to another conversation and puts the outgoing window away as a hexhead; only the member's own restore returns a window to the dock it came from. Before, both honoured `preMaximize` — and a conversation opened from the navigator is born as a dock window, so every switch parked a full-size window behind the pane. Five row clicks built five of them, invisible until the member closed, minimized or restored the pane, at which point the whole pile appeared at once. No app-side change: the spawnHexhead -> hexheads:spawn bridge in ToolWindowsContext already forwards a head for any tool, and spawnHead is idempotent by id, so re-swapping the same window cannot double-spawn.
