See every payload an intake endpoint has received, check why one failed, and reprocess anything that didn't go through.
Before you start
The Manage CRM Settings right, and an endpoint that's received at least one payload.
Steps
- Go to Settings → Client Relations Manager → Automated Imports, click Manage on the endpoint, then open the Queue tab.
- Use Filter Status to narrow the list — All Statuses, Received, Imported, Failed, or Processing.
- The table lists each payload's ID, Status, Content Type, Source IP, Received time, Processed time, and any Error.
- Click a row to expand it and see the raw JSON payload. Successful rows also show the Processed Lead ID.
To reprocess everything unprocessed
Click Process Backlog and confirm. This re-runs every payload that hasn't successfully produced a lead yet, and reports back how many were processed, imported, and failed.
What you'll see
Payloads move through Received → Processing → Imported (or Failed, with an error message attached) as they're handled — this tab is your full audit trail for what a vendor has actually sent and what happened to it.
