How to Set Up Mobile Copilot

Install Mobile Copilot (the companion Android app) on your phone and sign in, without typing your password on the phone itself.

Before you start

• Your account must hold the Allow Mobile Access right. Without it, this page isn't reachable — you're redirected back to your Home launchpad.
• An Android phone or tablet.

Steps

Step 1 — Install the app

1. From your Home launchpad, open Access Copilot Mobile App (or go to /copilot).
2. Point your phone's camera at the Install the app QR code (or use the direct download link shown beneath it).
3. Your phone will ask you to allow the install — that's expected.

Step 2 — Sign in

1. Open Mobile Copilot on your phone.
2. Back on the /copilot page on your computer, type your password to reveal a sign-in code — the code stays hidden until you do this, so nobody else at your computer can use it without you.
3. Scan the revealed QR code with Mobile Copilot on your phone.
4. You land in your organization, already signed in — no typing your password on the phone.

What you'll see

Your phone now carries your chats (with the same history), calls and texts (your extension travels with you), support tickets, and your day's leads, tasks, and notifications.

Each sign-in code works once and expires after ten minutes — if it expires before you scan it, re-enter your password to get a new one. You can sign out from your phone at any time from Mobile Copilot's own settings.
